Applications
  • This chemical compound is widely used as a polymerization initiator for ethylene, particularly in the production of LDPE through tubular or autoclave processes. It is often combined with other initiators to achieve a broader range of polymerization temperatures, typically between 150°C and 190°C.
  • It also serves as a key initiator in the polymerization of vinyl chloride, especially in aqueous suspension processes. The initiating temperature for this application ranges from 50°C to 70°C.
  • Packaging

Typically packaged in 20 kg polyethylene drums. Customized packaging sizes can be provided based on specific customer needs and requests.

  • Storage Stability

Store this chemical compound in a sealed container within a cool, well-ventilated area, ensuring the temperature remains below 0°C. Keep it away from reducing agents like amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metals (including accelerators and metallic soap). Avoid repackaging or handling within the storage area.

  • Storage

The product maintains its quality for up to three months when stored under the conditions recommended by the manufacturer.

  • Safe Handling

Keep the product away from open flames, heat sources, and sparks.
Avoid direct contact with reducing agents, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds, which could cause hazardous reactions.
Consult the product's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for specific safety guidelines and recommendations.
