Description of Cantilever Electro-slag Welding Machine
Nozzle melt is a kind of electro-slag welding that melts the contact tube (nozzle) and welding wire together. The contact tube will stay while welding wire is fed when welding.
Features of Cantilever Electro-slag Welding Machine
1) The electro-slag welding part has a simple structure.
2) Welding flux covering the contact tube. It will join the process of melting the metal, and improve the organizational structure of metal in the welding seam.
3) The contact tube will be melted with the wire, so it is expendable.
4) Using φ2.4mm welding wire, welding speed is slower than wire melt type.
