Parallel co-rotating twin screw extruder
Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder / Twin Screw Extruder / Parallel Twin Screw Extruder
Introduction
The screw on the co-rotating twin screw extruder is a multi-sectional screw. The materials processed by the extruder will gain an outstanding compounding effect after being extruded by the screws and barrel using a high speed and high torque method. The parallel co-rotating twin screw extruder is equipped with a force feeding system which can add glass fiber, additives and other materials, making it suitable for the production of engineering plastic, glass fiber, high density master batches and other products.
Features
1. The module designed mainframe, the screw shafts mode, barrel structure, L/D rate, feeding and ventilator position/quantity, screen changing/pelletizing mode, and electric automatic mode can be adjusted or optimized according to different formulas and technical demands as it achieves a consolidation of multiple functions, versatility and a professional object oriented performance.
2. The basic screw shaft component is in an all-geared conjugate axis mode, precisely designed by a CAD program. It is installed with an excellent self-cleaning function and arbitrary interchangeability. Highly experienced engineers and advanced software give the equipment an excellent performance for conveying/plasticizing, mixing/melting, cutting/dispersing, homogenizing, venting and extruding. Sorting of the new screw shaft, components and assembly are all carried out with an aim for a new high molecular polymer and new processes.
3. The new torque distribution transmission device features a safety dose with a more intense design, and carries out a high precision, hard surface grinding for better reliability.
4. The twin screw extruder features multiple choices for the quantitative feeding device and system, including a single screw, twin screw, hollow spring mode and meshing/non-meshing to cover the needs of different materials. Along with the low cost of volume quantitative feeding, we are leaders in using high precision (5%) gravity quantitative systems in China.
