This is the third part of G4 corrugated box making machine.

Fuctions

The corrugated box slotter is used for slotting the printed cardboard regularly to form initial cardboard shape.

Features

The slotter uses the structure of single-shaft and double-knife and the backward knife is powered by electric and adjusted by computer.
There are pre-pressing rollers, so the cardboard is not easy to crush after pre-pressing. The outside of the upper line pressing rollers is wrapped by PU elastomer, which will not damage the cardboard.
The five-knife bases can be moved and the gap is adjusted by using electric accoring to computer setting.
The surfaces of the knife shaft and the creasing shaft are all hard chrome plated, and undergo second fine grinding.
The slotter is equipped with a flexible angle cutter and there is no need to adjust no matter the cardboard is three or five or seven layers.
The gap between creaing rollers the can be two-way adjusted manually, which is quick and easy to adjust.
The phase is fixed by electromagnetic brake mechanism and the front knife should keep fixed when the corrugated box making machine and the platform are separated or the phase is adjusting.
The corrugated box making machine is equipped with a touch screen for data setting and is easy to control.
