This is the third part of G5 corrugated box making machine.

Fuctions

The corrugated box slotter is used for slotting the printed cardboard regularly to form initial shape.

Features

There are pre-pressing rollers, so the cardboard is not easy to crush after pre-pressing. The upper line pressing roller wrapped by PU elastomer which will not damage the cardboard.
The slotter is equipped with a flexible angle cutter and there is no need to adjust no matter the cardboard is three or five or seven layers.
Automatic knife positioning is done by computer.
The gap between the pressing rollers can be two-way adjusted manually, which is quick and easy to adjust.
The phase is fixed by electromagnetic brake mechanism and the front knife should keep fixed when the corrugated box making machine and the platform are separate or the phase is adjusting.
The corrugated box making machine is equipped with a touch screen for data setting and control easily.
The corrugated box making machine can remember 999 orders and it can adjust orders at any time, which can save the time of adjusting machine.
