Feeding Section
- The lead-edge vacuum belt feeding system provides accurate and reliable corrugated board feeding.
- Fitted with an electromagnetic clutch and brake system, allowing the feeding section to be controlled independently.
- The height of the hold-down wheels can be adjusted to accommodate corrugated board from 2 to 8 mm thick.
- The feeding and folding sections operate in synchronization through variable-frequency control.
- The front guide and feeding belts can be adjusted laterally to suit different carton sizes.

Stitching Section
- Dual servo drives provide precise stitching control while reducing the number of mechanical transmission components and the associated risk of mechanical failure.
- Stitching parameters, including stitch spacing, stitch count, stitching mode, and rear-guide position, can be set conveniently through the touchscreen.
- The control system uses an OMRON PLC for coordinated machine operation.
- The control cabinet is fitted with Taiwan Shihlin switches.
- The lower anvil and cutting knives are made from wear-resistant German tungsten steel.
- The stitching head is made from specially selected steel and precision-machined for reliable operation.
- The operating switches and push buttons are supplied by Taiwan Tiande.
- Job changeover can be completed in approximately one minute. The machine supports single, double, and reinforced stitching modes and is designed for straightforward operation with minimal training.
- An automatic counter records production quantities and helps streamline the subsequent strapping process.
- Stitch spacing can be set from 30 to 100 mm and is displayed and adjusted through the touchscreen. The machine can stitch cartons with or without covers.
- The system automatically adjusts to the thickness of the corrugated board.
