- The stitcher uses a belt lead edge feeder with a side patting mechanism to ensure that each box is precisely fed into the system without misalignment
- Features a box shaping function that ensures each box is correctly aligned during stitching, preventing skewed or misaligned stitches
- Capable of single, double, or reinforced stitching, the carton stitcher meets a variety of customer specifications
- Suitable for three to five-layer corrugated boxes, with additional configurations available for seven-layer boxes upon request
- Includes an automatic counting and stacking system that organizes finished boxes in preset quantities (1-99), ready for packaging and bundling
