Vacuum Insulation Panel Based on Fiberglass Core Material

With a thermal conductivity of lower than 2.5 mW/ m. K, VIP based on fiberglass core material has the bumpy and uneven edges and surfaces. However, such large gaps between neighbouring panels causing heat leak and potential damage may reduce the thermal efficiency and stability of vacuum insulated box.

Vacuum Insulation Panel Based On Fumed Silica Core Material

With a thermal conductivity of lower than 5 mW/ m. K, VIP based on fumed silica core material has smooth edges and surfaces. Heat leak is effectively prevented due to the small air gap between neighbouring panels. Equipped with the plastic outer shell, VIP based on fumed silica core material is safe from damage and can provide a stable and long-term thermal insulation.

Polyurethane Vacuum Insulation Panel (PU-VIP)

With a thermal conductivity of around 5 mW/ m. K, the surface and edge of PU-VIP is perfectly even and flat. Integrated with the PU panel embedded in it, there is the smallest air gap between neighbouring PU-VIPs, greatly reducing heat leaks. Moreover, PU-VIP with the use of polyurethane foam has the ease of installation and use which allow minimizing possible mechanical damage of it so as to achieve a stable and long-term thermal performance.
