NBC Inverter CO2 Welder
The NBC inverter CO2 welder is designed with the new technologies of waveform control and shunt reactor. It takes insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) power module, amorphous alloy magnetic core and fast recovery power diode as the key components for power conversion and transmission. By adopting the technology of pulse width modulation (PWM) to achieve speed adjustment for wire speed circuit, the wire feed rate is steady and the splatter in welding is decreased. The equipment is applied for welding the work piece with the materials of ordinary low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy.
