The mobile belt conveyors are an efficient, convenient, and highly mobile solution for short-distance transport and handling of bulk materials or individual items that have a weight of up to 100kg. This bulk material handling equipment is available in two main variants: those with lifting capabilities and those without. Powered by motorized pulleys, the mobile belt conveyor belt improves the materials conveying process, whereas the lifting and overall operation of the device do not rely on motorization, making it an ideal choice for efficient material handling over short distances. Yuxin Machinery has the capacity to manufacture large-scale mobile belt conveyors, featuring a bandwidth of 1600mm and extending up to a length of 60m.
Designed to meet the demands of short-distance material transport and loading/unloading tasks, the mobile belt conveyor features a steel tube construction that is not only lightweight but also highly maneuverable. The incorporation of a motorized drum as the rotation device further enhances its functionality. To enhance the conveyor’s versatility, it comes equipped with both pneumatic tires and steel wheels, ensuring optimal mobility. With machine lengths exceeding 10 meters and an adjustable inclination angle, this conveyor system is tailored to accommodate a wide range of material handling needs efficiently.
Ideal for locations where loading points frequently change, such as ports, docks, stations, coal yards, warehouses, construction sites, gravel pits, and farms, this conveyor adapts seamlessly to varying operational landscapes.
