Pipe Belt Conveyor
Closed-trough belt conveyor for transporting bulk materials across challenging terrain
Built on the concept of the trough belt conveyor, the pipe belt conveyor is an innovative type of bulk material conveying system that transforms the belt into a tube shape with the help of several idlers (known as rollers), typically six, forming a hexagonal support system that wraps around the material, effectively enclosing it. This not only secures the load but also significantly reduces any potential environmental pollution by preventing spillage and enables the conveyor to transport materials bidirectionally and at steep inclines. Pipe belt conveyors combine the best features of traditional belt conveyors, for example their high transport capacity and simple design, with the added benefits of adaptability and reduced space usage. Through continuous development and application, we have established a comprehensive system for designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining pipe belt conveyors, making them a more compact alternative to conventional conveyors by saving up to 60% of the space.
Pipe belt conveyors are widely used across various industries including electricity, building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, and agriculture. Its versatility and capacity to securely and efficiently transport a wide range of materials make it a suitable choice for various applications.
Designed for the secure transport of powders, granules, and lumps, our pipe belt conveyors stand out in moving materials with densities between 0.5 to 2.5 t/m³, making it a versatile solution for different industry needs.
