In order to improve our scrap metal processing machines and allow them to work fully automatically in more situations, we developed metal shredders, crushers and conveyors working together as accessories.
The shredders can crush the larger metal shavings into small pieces which can be accepted by our standard briquetting machines, helping customers save time and minimize downtime.
Shredder
The single shaft shredder has an incredibly strong body for long service life and low rotation speed for low noise and high torque operation. The blades are made from a high strength alloy and can withstand the abuse caused by the metal scrap as it is shredded.
The machine is equipped with mechanical and electric over-load protection systems. The machine is suitable for solid materials and plastic containers that are hard to process, such as plastic barrel, plastic film, fiber, aluminum, steel and etc.
Conveyor
Customization is available.
Customized chain-plank conveyor is suitable for powder, shaving, chips, dust and so on.
