Introductions

BW-250 triplex mud pump is a horizontal type triple-cylinder and single-acting piston reciprocating pump. It has two cylinder diameters and four series of variables, big cylinder liner is used for matching with 1000m large borehole drilling rig and small cylinder liner is used for matching with 1500m small borehole drilling rig. It's mainly used for matching with core drilling rigs to pump mud and can also be used for other purposes such as grouting of other aspects, sewage discharge of mines and long-distance water transportation.

Features

BW-250 triplex mud pump has four gears of flowrates with wide adjustment range and reasonable parameters, which can meet the requirements of large and small diameter drilling rigs. It can be matched with XY-4 core drilling rig and XY-5 drilling rig and can meet the drilling requirements of different diameters, different borehole depth and different geological cores.
It adopts self-sealing S polyurethane rubber piston with bowl shape structure and nylon back, which can prolong the service life of piston.
The pull rod is equipped with 5 dust-proof sealing rings to prevent the mud of fluid end from being brought into power end and lubricating oil filter. Several times of production tests prove that the sealing is reliable with good performance, which can increase the service life of gear.
Inlet and drainage valves adopt steel balls and on the valve cover is equipped with noise reducing rubber insert to decrease impact noise.
It adopts BY-1 aseismic pressure gauge with long lifetime.
It shows good dismountability so that it's convenient for repairing and moving.
