SiC Heat Exchanger
This silicon carbide heat exchanger composes of corrosion-resistant plates and silicon carbide tubes, fit for corrosive processing. The heating of the shell and tube silicon carbide heat exchanger is realized by the heat exchange tube made from corrosion-resistant silicon carbide, which is the first choice as a medium for cooling and condensing chemical corrosive process.

Technical Data
- Test every heat exchange tube under the pressure of 185 Bar before installation;
- The diameter range of the heat exchanger’s shell is DN100 to DN 600;
- The standard length of the heat exchange tube is 1000 mm to 4000mm;
- The heat exchange area is 0.32 to 58 square meters;
- The diameter of the heat exchange tube is 36mm;
- Horizontal or vertical installation;
- Temperature range is -19℃ to 240℃;
- Pressure range is -0.1MPa to 0.6MPa;
- Meet the standards of CE, ATEX, and FDA.
