The leak testing machine fills tracer gas inside the workpiece and detects any gas leakage through the use of a built-in gas sensor, thus locating any defects such as cracks or holes in the workpiece or semi-finished products. This testing principle is used to determine the wheel rim welding quality and judge whether or not the product is qualified to go on through further testing processes.
Features- This leak testing machine is equipped with a double-station testing platform, allowing for simultaneous testing of two rims of the same or different models. It is equipped with a full range of rim testing molds, all of which are quick and efficient to install or replace.
- Using carbon dioxide as testing media is relatively safe and environmentally friendly. The carbon dioxide testing sensor responds quickly and is capable of testing the variation within a very short time.
- Outstanding anti-interference performance: This allows the testing machine to work continuously under complex environments without being affected by outside temperature and atmospheric conditions, ensuring it has a long service life, and is safe and environmentally friendly.
- Manual operation requires 1 operator and a testing capacity of 5 pieces per minute.
