Substrate for the wood floor glue comes with a thickness of less than 0.5mm. This can effectively increase interior height and space. It is ideal for installation of underfloor heating system. After curing, the adhesive can maintain its excellent adhesion at 40-80℃ while reducing energy consumption. In addition, it can effectively keep the floor free from damp and deliver superb resistance to weather.

Our flexible wood flooring adhesive comes in 70-80A hardness which enables an effective reduction of lateral stress of floor panel and thereby prevents bending and deformation. Meanwhile, the floor can maintain good elasticity.

How to use Donghe's wood flooring adhesive to reach the best effect?
1. Full Surface Coating System
First step: Open the package
Second step: Uniformly coat the adhesive on to the ground (substrate)
Third step: Within half an hour after coating, lay the wood floor according to requirements (Minimum use level: 0.8Kg/m²)
Fourth step: Clean the floor surface after it is installed for 24 hours.

2. Stripe Coating System
First step: Cut the gluing nozzle into V shape of 10mmx8mm
Second step: Feed the adhesive into the applicator gun and screw the nozzle
Third step: Shoot the adhesive on to the ground. The adhesive presents a long thin and triangular stripe shape (section size: 10mmx8mm). Gap between two rows is 150mm.
Fourth step: To lay the planks based on requirements within half an hour after gluing. If needed, use wooden club or plank to adjust position. Uncured adhesive can be removed using detergent or other solvent such as ethyl alcohol.
Fifth step: Clean the floor surface after it is installed for 24 hours

3. Sound Reduction and Shock Absorption System
First step: Cut the gluing nozzle into V shape of 10mmx8mm
Second step: Feed the adhesive into the applicator gun and screw the nozzle
Third step: Place spacers between the flooring and the wall for the expansion gap. Shoot the adhesive on the ground. The adhesive presents a long thin and triangular stripe shape (section size: 10mmx8mm).
Fourth step: To lay the planks based on requirements within half an hour after gluing.
Fifth step: Clean the floor surface after it is installed for 24 hours

Warning: The wood flooring adhesive may irritate eyes and skins. It can possibly result in allergy of skin and respiratory tract. So, people whose respiratory tract is easily allergic have to avoid breathing the gas volatilized from uncured adhesive. Skin allergy may also be caused if it touches the skin repeatedly or for a long time.

Emergency Treatment: If the adhesive touches your skin, please wash it using soap and clean water. If irritation symptom continues or allergic symptom gets worse, please find a doctor. If it enters your eyes, please wash your eyes using clean water for 15 minutes and then go to hospital. If it is eaten mistakenly, do not tempt to vomit it, please go to a doctor immediately. Please place it at where the kids can not reach.

Tips
1. Surface evenness of concrete substrate should be kept consistent.
2. It is moisture-curable adhesive. The open time for use is 30-60 minutes. After use, please squeeze out bubbles in it and seal it, and place it in dry place for next use.
3. Curing on the wood floor surface should be avoided. The extrusive adhesive at the seams should be timely wiped using soft cloth after it is completely cured.
4. Curing time will extend in dry and cool environment or when the substrate is so dry.
5. Do not walking on the floor or place heavy objects on it within 24 hours after installation.
6. Storage at dry place under 15℃-30℃ is recommended. Shelf life is one year, starting from the date of manufacture.
