The digital ceramic printing machine is an industrial-grade device that combines digital inkjet printing technology with high-temperature sintering processes. It is designed for high-precision, durable pattern printing on glass surfaces. Through advanced digital printheads, specially formulated ceramic inks are directly printed onto glass. The printed glass then undergoes high-temperature treatment (600-850℃) to fuse the ink with the glass substrate, creating a permanent color layer. This technology surpasses the limitations of traditional screen printing and is ideal for complex patterns, small-batch customization, and high-demand industrial scenarios.
