This laminating line is typically designed for laminating of various panels, such as high-gloss veneer sheet, cabinet door panels, interior door panels, honeycomb sheet, foam sheet, etc. This laminating system consists of feeding table, dust remover, gluing machine and pass-through press machine.
By utilizing PUR hot-melt adhesive, this laminating line is an ideal option for replacing traditional long-time lamination presses with ordinary adhesive. Through continuous pressing process by 6-meter pass-through pressing unit, this lamination system can provide a high efficiency and energy-saving lamination solution.
