Cap liner assembly machine for inserting liners/wads in plastic closures

The automatic cap lining machine replaces manual operations by automatically inserting liners into bottle caps. This machine operates as an integrated whole (IW), controlled by a PLC, and performs a series of actions including cap feeding, sorting, punching, lining, and narrow roll material feeding. It is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, cosmetics, pesticides, and their associated lid and liner manufacturing, ensuring fast punching and insertion of sealing liners.
