The automatic rotary capping machine is suitable for the rolling capping of aluminium caps on plastic bottles, PET bottles, and glass bottles. The machine performs spiral capping on the bottle body under the rolling knife, automatically feeding bottles, placing caps, removing reverse caps, and ensuring stable capping effects, with easy cap removal, anti-counterfeiting, and anti-theft features. It can be linked with bottle unscramblers, filling machines, labelling machines, electromagnetic aluminium foil sealing machines, etc., to form a fully automatic bottling production line, suitable for various production enterprises such as wineries, beverage factories, breweries, pharmaceutical factories, etc.

ROPP Capping Process

The feeding containers moving on the conveyor belt enter the feed star wheel via the feed worm. The star wheel then guides the containers to the sealing head section, where the bottles pick up caps from the cap feeding chute of the capping bowl. The body and neck of the bottle are positioned under the rotating head, which performs a perfect threading and sealing operation.
