Baghouse Dust Collector
Baghouse dust collector is used in fertilizer industry to purify particulate matter and dust-containing exhaust gases generated during workshop production. It is especially suitable for controlling emissions of high-temperature, high-concentration, corrosive, or sticky dust, ensuring emission standards compliance and improving the production environment.
- Versatile filtration
A variety of filter media (polyester, polypropylene, fiberglass, etc.) and cleaning methods (pulse-jet, reverse-air, shaking) are available to handle various conditions, including high-temperature, high-humidity, corrosive, or sticky dust.
- Long-term performance
It features automated cleaning and smart monitoring, which extends the lifespan of the filter bags. The modular design allows for quick filter bag replacement and dust bin cleaning without needing to shut down the entire machine.
