Characteristics of LY-Ⅱ type Pulse Jet Baghouse Dust Collector
- Pulse jet baghouse dust collector is a kind of cement equipment widely used for material recovery or smoke management in metallurgy, nonferrous smelting field, construction industry, nonmetal mining industry or other industries that produce massive dust or smoke.
- Dusty gas enters the dust collection system through dust hopper inlet. Under the action of air deflector, large dust is separated out and fall into dust hopper directly. The fine dust goes into filter bag for filtering, and then the dust is retained on the surface of filter bag and the purified air is exhausted from outlet through upper box body.
- When there is a certain quantity of dust on the surface of filter bag, the automatic control system will instruct ash removal mechanism to remove the dust. This ensures the normal operation of pulse jet baghouse dust collector.
