Explanation
The mining belt conveyor system was designed by Brazil Demuth, a world-renowned paper machinery supplier, and a company we have been working with since 2011. With them, we have participated in 6 large scale projects with customers including Brazil CMPC, Brazil Cenibra, Brazil PDB, South African customers, Indonesia ABI, and Argentinean customers.
The belt conveyor is used for raw material preparation in early stages of paper production, and carries broken raw wood fragments to the material yard for storage. Steel structures of the conveyor system that we were responsible for the production of including the belt conveyor corridor, outrigger, transfer tower, belt conveyor, roller, chute, discharge chute, rubber conveyor belt, galvanized grille plate, rain-proof and dust-proof cover, walkway, and railing.
