Core-spun thread, nylon wrapped spandex core, is created by twisting a nylon thermal fuse around a central spandex core. It melts in high heat, with a complete melt at a temperature range of 85℃- 100℃. This thread is commonly used to attach buttons.
After using this thread to attach the button, heat the core-spun thread automatically via machine to ensure the button is firmly attached. This helps improve quality and efficiency of button attachment, and avoids uneven hand button attachments.
