Cotton/poly core thread, cotton wrapped poly core is created by twisting Egyptian long-staple cotton around a high strength central polyester filament core that features a strength 3 times higher than cotton thread. It contains 35% cotton and 65% polyester filament.
This product features an excellent air permeability and is widely used in both sewing and weaving applications. Our cotton/poly core is especially suitable for manufacturing heavy cloths, tarpaulins, tents, artillery covers, military uniforms and more.
