A fully automatic cutting and collecting system designed for rope tipping production. It is suitable for continuous ropes with diameters of 2–12 mm and round cords up to 10 mm. The rope cutting and collecting machine provides cutting lengths ranging from 140 to 1800 mm and automatically arranges the cut ropes neatly onto dedicated tipping clamp rods.

- The total cutting length and preset tipping allowance can be configured via the control panel, with length correction adjustments to ensure precise cutting.
- The number of ropes per clamp rod can be preset.
- Components are constructed from industrial aluminum alloy with an anodized surface finish.
- The control system utilizes a Xinje PLC with a touchscreen programmable interface and is equipped with a Leadshine servo motor.
