SPIDER System
SPIDER Spiral Rope / Grid Net / Erosion Blanket
The SPIDER spiral rope net is made using high tensile 3 mm steel wire, which is the main component of the SPIDER System. SPIDER nets with a layer of grid net stabilizes large areas of rock with anchors and boundary ropes. The system features a large net reinforced by a smaller grid to ensure that rocks large and small are held in place.
Components
The SPIDER system consists of the SPIDER spiral rope net, grid net, anchors, anchor bearing plate, border and suture ropes and net connection elements.
