The copper strip forming machine is designed to produce copper strips used in 5G communication device. The machine mainly consists of uncoiler, forming unit and cutting unit. It utilizes Siemens PLC system for machine control, inverter for speed regulation, HMI touch screen for data adjustment, and Nemicon encoder for length measurement, greatly guaranteeing the precision and stability of the machine. The forming machine is able to produce multiple types of profiles by changing of forming rollers.
