Components of Ferrous Sulfate Dosing Package
Depamu ferrous sulfate dosing package is comprised of a dosing tank, mixer, metering pump, liquid level gauge, safety valve, pressure gauge, pulsation dampener, valves of various other types, motor base, handrails, electrical control, pipes, and accessories.
Automatic Control Mode Explained
Designed to inject a precise amount of ferrous sulfate to industrial processes, this chemical dosing system offers two control modes: automatic and manual. In the automatic control mode, the discharge flow rate is automatically adjusted to match the feed rate. Signals indicative of the operating status and faults of metering pumps and mixers are sent to the DCS or host computer, which then remotely controls the pump to start or stop.
The electrical enclosure can be operated in three ways, manually, automatically or in a semi-automatic manner. Dosing tanks are generally made of 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, rubber lined carbon steel, glass-reinforced plastic, PE, PP, or PVC.
