The large aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers of Jialong are widely used in air separation plants (cryogenic separation).
An air separation plant is a kind of gas separation system for air liquefaction and distillation, eventually separating air into oxygen, nitrogen and other component gases. Its lowest operating temperature is 77K (-196 ℃).
Aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger is noted for its compact structure, light weight, low operation cost and high heat exchange efficiency. Plate-fin designs have unmatched durability, flexible structures and high temperature and pressure resistance.
The maximum design pressure is 8MPa, the maximum thruput is100,000 cube per hour.
