Gantry Optical CMM
The Surpassy series optical coordinate measuring machine from NANO is a large-range CNC image measurement instrument with gantry design. The gantry optical CMM provides great metrology solutions for 2D workpieces. Based on best-in-class screw rod drive and servo control technologies, and industry-leading RationalVue measuring software, the gantry CMM can realize efficient and accurate measurement for a large batch of workpieces. It is suitable for inspection and quality control of precision parts. This optical coordinate measuring machine has won wide applications in machinery, electronic, hardware, rubber, mould and many other industries.
1. The large range measuring equipment comes with special granite dovetail design.
2. X, Y and Z axes feature servo control, ensuring high positioning accuracy and exceptional stability during motion.
3. High precision guideways along X-axis and Y-axis directions are used. They boast stable performance and are not easy to deform.
4. 40 segment ring lights with LED cold light sources enable the machine to measure complex pieces.
5. Due to use of US RationalVue measuring software, the optical coordinate measuring machine is proud to carry out measurement for complex workpieces.
6. Manual or automatic zoom lens is optional to amplify the image by 20-120 times.
7. High precision optical grating scale enables high measuring accuracy and great stability.
