The automatic gravity filling machine is designed for low-viscosity liquids prone to foaming, such as windshield wiper fluid, vinegar, bleach, soy sauce and so on. It offers a wide filling range from 100ml to 5000ml at an accuracy of ±1%, applicable to food, beverage, chemical and other industries with production efficiency and hygienic requirements. This gravity filler is equipped with PLC and touch screen control system, accommodates 8-24 filling heads to provide adjustable filling speed and anti-splash filling performance. The machine frame is made by SUS304/306 stainless steel, which is hygienic and corrosion-resistant. This liquid filling equipment incorporates auto bottle sorting and drip-free bottle transport system, allowing for easy integration with capping, labeling and packaging equipment to set up an efficient and automatic liquid packaging line.

- Special-designed valves are able to reduce bubbles and prevent overflow, ensuring the consistent filling volume among each bottle to deliver high filling accuracy (±1%).
- 304/306 stainless steel, PP or PVC is optional according to the liquid filling requirements, suitable for whether food-grade liquids or corrosive chemicals.
- Installed with photoelectric sensor and automatic bottle positioning detection, ensuing “No Bottle, No Filling” to reduce materials waste and maintain a hygienic production environment.
- The dual protection design of the filling nozzles ensures a smooth liquid flow and prevent dripping. Even for easily foaming liquids, it can keep the filling process clean and neat.
