The automatic tracking filling machine is designed with servo drive and synchronous tracking technology to enable the synchronous movement of filing nozzles and bottles, achieving non-stop high-speed filling.
It can be configured with 2 to 4 nozzles, achieving a production capacity of 1800-6000 bph. The filling accuracy is maintained at ±2~3ml for volumes up to 1000ml, and ±3~5ml for volumes up to 5000ml.
The automatic filler features a 304/316L stainless steel constructure, compliable with CE standards, making it hygienic and durable. The automatic tracking filling machine is equipped with PLC touchscreen, drip-free filling nozzles and multi-axis synchronous control, delivering efficient, sanitary and intelligent filling for a wide range of liquids and pastes, including honey, shampoo, sauce, etc.
