- Gear Pump
Ensures precise metering and stable delivery of liquids. By creating a fixed volume through gear rotation, it achieves accurate volumetric filling while ensuring a smooth and pulse-free flow.
- 304/316 Stainless Steel Filling Head
Guiding, sealing, and anti-drip. It is responsible for smoothly guiding the liquid delivered by the gear pump into the container, sealing the bottle mouth, and performing an instantaneous shut-off at the completion of filling to ensure no liquid drips.
The rotary lobe pump liquid filling machine is designed for high viscosity liquids and materials with small particulates (up to 10mm).
Equipped with stainless steel lobe pump driven by servo motor, it offers filling accuracy maintained at ±2~3ml for volumes up to 1000ml, and ±3~5ml for volumes up to 5000ml. The pump liquid filler complies with CE standard, is outfitted with PLC touch screen to offer quick parameters adjustment and automatic bottle detection. 2~20 filling heads are configurable to meet filling range from 10 to 5000ml.
