Inline filling system with piston filler for low-to-high viscosity liquids and pastes
The automatic piston filling machine is designed for high-precision filling of a wide range of products, including low to high viscosity liquids, pastes, and materials with small particulates (up to 10mm). It offers a filling range of 100–5000ml and can be configured with 2 to 20 filling heads, achieving a production capacity of 720–7200 bottles per hour (BPH). The filling accuracy is maintained at ±2~3ml for volumes up to 1000ml, and ±3~5ml for volumes up to 5000ml.
This precise filler has passed CE certification and complies with EU safety standards. Its modular design enables easy and seamless integration with bottle sorting machine, bottle conveyor, and packaging unit, making it an ideal choice for your efficient, stable and automatic liquid filling line.

- Servo drive enables precise control of piston stroke, achieving accurate measurement and stable filling for liquids of diverse viscosities.
- Piston and filling nozzles are made by 304L/316 stainless steel. The seals are corrosion resistant, adaptable to various liquids. The whole filling equipment complies with GMP sanitary standards.
- The PLC touchscreen HMI facilitates parameters setting, operations monitoring and failure diagnosis and enables tool-free one-button adjustment of filling volume and filling speed.
- Servo-driven diving nozzles combine the pneumatic shut-off valves and drip-free design. The built-in drip tray ensures a clean working area and maintains the precision and hygiene during production.
