Designed with advanced functions like auto cap placement, adjustable capping torque and bottle height, “No Bottle, No Cap” protection system, the automatic capper is compatible with a variety of cap and bottle types. It can be integrated to your existing production line easily and seamlessly.
The lug closure sealing machine has passed the CE certification with a maximum production capacity of 40 bottles per minute, delivering safe and reliable cap sealing performance.
- Magnetic Elevator
Utilizes powerful magnetic suction for stable vertical lifting of the bottle, ensuring precise alignment between the bottle mouth and the capping head. This guarantees a more stable, hermetic, and reliable capping process.
- Vacuum Capping Head
Simultaneously evacuates air from the container to create a vacuum while completing the capping cycle, ensuring a high-integrity vacuum seal for every bottle.
- Cap Placement Unit
Uses powerful magnetic suction for precise cap placement, ensuring the cap is aligned with the bottle mouth prior to vacuum evacuation and capping process. This guarantees the reliable vacuum sealing quality.
