Our company carries out strict quality control over the raw materials for commercial tents and marquee production. We adopt 6061-T6 series aluminum profiles, which are corrosion resistant, lighter than steel and more sturdy and durable. The cloths used for our tents are high density fabrics which are directly ordered from suppliers. Before purchasing, our technicians will visit supplier sites to test and analyze all the materials and before accepting raw materials into our factory, we will carry out sample inspection for the chemical composition, to ensure the cloths of our tents are more wear resistant and waterproof.

We have many professional engineers specializing in the outdoor tent industry. Based on many years of experience and learning from foreign technology, we can research and design according to customers’ requirements. For example, we can provide customization in aspects of tent size, shape, material, color and styles. The followings are drawings designed for customers.

To improve efficiency of commercial tent and marquee production, we introduce automatic devices including a CNC processing machine, CNC fabric cutting machine, large aluminum cutting machine, PVC fabric pressing machine, heat sealing machine, aluminum extrusion machine, aluminum aging furnace and aluminum billet heating furnace with hot log shear. This makes our production capacity reach 50,000m2/month and makes delivery period shortened to 7-10 days.

All of our products including tents, marquees and awnings will be inspected before leaving factory and sample testing will be carried out. All the products have detailed inner pages on their outer packing and quality inspectors will check and count points according to engineering drawings, packing lists and product identifications.

Production processes from material selecting, designing, processing to quality testing and packaging are all completed by Wingold, without outside processing of a third party, which can save intermediate costs as much as possible to reduce the procurement costs of users. Besides, this can also make delivery period and product quality controllable. Therefore, our tents have great advantages of cost and quality.
