Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)
HZE is dedicated to carrying out mineral processing contract work on a global scale for precious metals, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals.
We will collaborate with the customer to determine the optimal solution with respect to cycle time and cost.
HZE offers technical communication and consultation services before any purchase, and lifelong technical support for buyers of their equipment and total solutions. This assistance is available through telephone, e-mail, fax, and network platforms.
HZE starts each project off with a clear cost budget proposal and timeline for each phase of the work, so customers can be deeply involved throughout the process. We highly value communication with clients and provide written project status updates to ensure that they catch up with the project's progress, as well as the finalized outcome.
For each HZE EPC project, detailed design and comprehensive operation instructions for the entire production line are compiled. These documents contain an array of information, from mineral processing technology and schematic diagrams, to device configurations, line/pipe voltage, plant technical specifications, civil engineering conditions, setup, testing, production operations, servicing, safety protocols and more. By providing this clear direction, customers can enjoy increased efficiency and higher outcomes. Additionally, HZE gives guidelines related to each device in order to enhance maintenance, fix any potential problems, and help with spare part procurement. This ensures that any language barriers or cultural differences do not lead to miscommunication or mistakes.
