Flip-flow screens are designed for wet, sticky, fine, or high-moisture materials that are difficult to separate on conventional screens. A dual-mass resonance system drives the flexible polyurethane screen surface, creating a fast stretching and relaxing motion that lifts and loosens the material instead of letting it stay compacted. Fine particles can pass through the openings more easily, while the self-cleaning movement helps reduce screen blockage during operation. Flip-flow screens are suitable for wet coal, fine ore, sand and gravel, tailings, construction waste, municipal solid waste, and other materials that tend to clog standard screening equipment.
