Roller Screen

Roller screens are used when mixed or bulky materials need to be separated by size before the next processing stage. A series of rotating shafts with staggered screen discs keeps the material moving forward while smaller particles fall through the gaps and larger pieces stay on the screen surface and continue to the discharge end. Roller screens are suitable for wet, dry, lumpy, granular, or uneven materials, including municipal solid waste, construction waste, raw coal, sand and gravel, and ore.

• Continuous disc rotation keeps the material moving across the roller screen, reducing blockage, wrapping, and material buildup caused by plastic bags, cloth strips, dust, mud, and other difficult materials.
• Fine particles, lump materials, and long irregular pieces can be separated more easily, giving a more consistent output and improving the efficiency of the downstream sorting system.
• High-strength wear-resistant materials are used for the rollers and screen discs, while the heavy-duty frame provides the strength needed for long-term operation with mixed or abrasive materials.
• Roller screens have structures that allow the number of shafts, roller spacing, and rotation speed to be adjusted according to the material type and required capacity, making the roller screen easier to integrate with crushers, bag openers, and air separators.
