Vibrating Screen
In a vibrating screen, material is separated by particle size while moving across the screen mesh under steady vibration. They are equipped with a vibrating motor that keeps the screen box in motion, which allows the material to spread more evenly across the surface instead of piling up in one area. Fine particles pass through the mesh openings as the material moves forward, while larger pieces remain on the screen surface and are discharged separately for the next processing step.
Vibrating screens are comprised of a screen box, vibrating motor, and replaceable screen mesh, which allows operators to adjust the opening size according to the required output. Different mesh options allow one vibrating screen to handle coarse, medium, or fine screening for sand and gravel, ore, coal, grain, chemical raw materials, construction waste, and other materials that need flexible size separation before the next process.
