Trommel Screen
The screen uses a multi-section design, so worn sections can be replaced individually instead of changing the entire screen. The screen can be made from punched or laser-cut wear-resistant steel plate, with opening sizes from 20–150 mm for longer service life.
Equipped with polyurethane support rollers, the trommel screen runs with less noise and vibration during long working hours, while reducing wear on the support structure.
External grease lines allow the bearings to be lubricated from easier access points, reducing maintenance work without the need to open the drum assembly for routine servicing.
Positioning rollers help keep the drum in place during rotation, reducing downward movement and supporting safer, more stable operation.
The fully enclosed housing helps contain dust during screening, keeping the working area cleaner and making the trommel screen easier to integrate with dust control requirements.
