Hydraulic cylinders are used in a wide range of heavy equipment, such as dredgers. Dredgers need hydraulic cylinders when dredging. Most of the hydraulic cylinders used on dredgers are exposed to the air or immersed in water, which requires high corrosion resistance. Therefore, the finishing method of our customized hydraulic cylinders will adopt the thermal spraying, which makes the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance 4-5 times higher than that of electroplated hard chrome.
