Melt Blown Polypropylene
Polypropylene resin undergoes a melt blown process to turn it into melt blown polypropylene. This material is odorless and nontoxic, it only produces carbon dioxide and water after incineration and will not produce toxic gases. Melt blown polypropylene has a filter efficiency between 65%-99.97% and is suitable for all kinds of air filter such as coarse air filters, medium efficiency air filters, industrial ventilation, etc.
Melt blown polypropylene have 99.97% filtering efficiency against particles larger the 0.3 micron. It has low air resistance, large volume, high filtering precision, its shape and sizes can be customized according to customer needs. It has been applied in various fields such as air purifying, centralize air conditioning, and factory cleanup to eliminate dust, pollen, hair, shrapnel, smoke etc.
