This team will recommend and design pouches that are most suited to your needs, according to requirements for capacity, opening direction, sealing position, promotional space and other factors. Shown here are a few common types.
Our stand up pouches not only feature a reliable sealing performance and product preservation, but they are also easy to use. It doesn’t matter if they are open or closed, the pouch will naturally stand up on a flat surface without tipping over or content overflow. These pouches are easy to hold and feature a low cost and light weight. We are also able to add different features, such as reclosable zipper, a spout, handle, and more.

Box pouches feature an excellent stability, making them great for shelf displays. This pouch features 8 printable surface areas, offering customers enough space to print all required information. The unique appearance makes it easy for customers to recognize your brand, making the box pouch ideal for products sold globally to increase brand awareness and sales. Our box pouches also feature additional, optional add ons such as zippers, making repeated use, opening and closing easy and fast.

Flat pouches are perfect for packaging small or single-serving sizes, as well as larger products needing larger pouches. This style is popular for products that do not need to stand up on a shelf, and either lay flat or hang from a punched hole on a rack.
3-side seal pouches seal on 3 sides and feature only one opening for filling the pouch, ensuring an outstanding air impermeability performance. The 3-sided pouch is an excellent choice for vacuum packaging. These pouches are most often made of multi-layer composite films, such as PET, CPE, CPP, OPP, PA, AL, KPET and more for a further improvement of the air impermeability to prevent products from spoiling. According to customer needs, we will also add tear notches at the edge for easy use and opening.
Quad style pouches, also called a pinch bottom bag, feature a sealing position at the back of the bag body. This pouch style ensures food quality and protects it against moisture, while simultaneously being able to use and pack for use in daily life.
The 15-30kg aluminum foil quad style pouch features an excellent barrier property and load bearing capacity, which is why it is widely used in the packaging of chemical raw materials, medical waste, pet food, and more. We maintain a large number of pouches in stock for customers to choose from.
Side gusset pouches offer a larger storage capacity during product filling, while the folding sides offer more printable surfaces for product promotion. The bottom is designed as a stand-up or lay-flat bottom.
In addition to these common types, we also offer custom shaped pouches to meet a variety of customer requirements.
Sunkey operates a food packaging area occupying 20,000 m2 and a 4,000 m 2 Class D GMP clean room. We also operate a complete set of production and processing equipment, allowing us to complete the full bag production process in house, from raw material procurement, all the way to inspection.
