Material Feed Weigher
The material feed weigher is used for the continuous feed and dynamic weighing of various blocky, granular or powdery materials, such as limestone, iron powder, clay, fly ash, cement, etc. It is divided into the following two types.
1. VVVF way quantitative continuous feeding
Coupled with PL-QIN weighing display controller and variable speed controller
2. Computer centrally controlled continuous feeding
Coupled with PC-QI computer centralized control system and CBC-F16 multi-channel amplifier
Structural Features
1. Our material feed weigher is provided with an integrated direct-coupled gear motor which runs with little noise and vibration. This gear motor has dust resistance, high reliability, and long service life.
2. The adopted endless belt with skirt edge conveys material stably with no material leaking.
3. The reducer end face flange is directly connected with the drive roller of the scale body, which simplifies the design of the rotation part and facilitates installation.
4. The unique spring leaf weighing mechanism and special weak magnetism gear speed measuring device give accurate and stable weighing and speed measuring signals.
5. A special device preventing the belt deviating from the track is adopted.
6. This material feed weigher is installed under the raw material silo, so there is no need of any electric vibrating feeder or other intermediate feeding equipment.
