Our six-axis welding robots are compatible with TIG welders, MIG welders, laser welders, etc. The comprehensive robotic welding cell is comprised of six-axis industrial robot, controller, welder, positioner, tooling fixture, welding torch cleaning station, safety device, and more. Manually load the workpiece onto the fixture of welding station 1
Start welding
Robot and positioner will do the welding as per the presetting program
Welding completed
Load the workpiece onto the fixture of welding station 2 when station 1 is under welding process
Two welding stations will work in cycle.
