Customers may easily recognize our high pressure seal by the trapezoidal metal reinforcements placed on the inner ring of the seal. Those reinforcements allow our hydraulic sealto hold up well under high pressure.

Popular uses for this sealing device are in hydrostatic pressure testing of casing pipes, oil production tubing, natural gas pipeline, and other steel pipes, though it also can be used to seal high pressure valves, pipe joints, and welded pipe ends. When not in operation, the industrial seal may leave a small gap between mating surfaces. Once pressurized, the seal would automatically seal that gap for water-tight hydrostatic tests. We supply these PTFE high pressure seals in two types, broken down further into 70 models.
