Bronze eccentric bushings have an off-center bore that does not align with the outer diameter, creating a slight eccentric distance. Suitable for mining and forging equipment, large aluminum mill spindles, and rolling mill bearings.

  • Used in key components such as rotary crushers, single-cylinder, and multi-cylinder cone crushers. Aluminum bronze and tin bronze are preferred for their ability to withstand impact loads and resist wear.
  • Commonly applied in bulldozers and heavy truck balance bridge bushings, where both strength and lubrication are essential.
  • Found in hydraulic systems and conveyor machinery with eccentric transmission mechanisms. Custom dimensions, such as flange structures or tapered designs, can be tailored to fit different operating conditions.
