Machine Components

Unwinder
Equipped with an electronic web guiding system to ensure precise material alignment during feeding. The label printer includes a 76.2 mm (3") servo-driven unwind shaft with magnetic particle clutch, providing stable tension control and smooth unwinding throughout the printing process.
Web Cleaner
Effectively removes dust, paper particles, powders, and other visible contaminants to ensure consistent quality, reduce waste, and maintain stable printing with no downtime.
Corona Treatment & Tension Control System
Prepares the surface of the substrate by increasing its surface energy, allowing inks to adhere more effectively during printing. Combined with a precise closed-loop tension control mechanism, it ensures smooth media handling, consistent ink droplet placement, and stable print quality even at high speeds.
UV-LED Pinning Unit
“Freezes” ink droplets before overlaying subsequent colors or full curing, helping to control dot gain and maintain color accuracy.
Print Head Cleaning Module
Designed for ease of maintenance and minimal downtime, the cleaning system automates purging, wiping, and capping tasks. This ensures consistent print quality while enabling unattended operation.
Integrated Ink Supply and Nagtive Pressure System
Managed through a PLC system, the ink supply and negative pressure unit maintain stable ink flow, contributing to print consistency across long runs and helping prevent ink interruptions.
Rewinder
Features a 76.2 mm (3") servo-driven spindle equipped with a magnetic particle clutch and a closed-loop tension control system. Supports a maximum rewind diameter of 600 mm (23.6"), providing smooth and accurate media winding.
Media Rewinding System
Dual servo motors and a precision tension control mechanism ensure neat, uniform rewinding, which is particularly useful when rerunning partially used rolls.
Printhead Alignment Control
The print module can be digitally repositioned across the full 380 mm media width using software settings. This feature ensures accurate alignment for different label layouts without the need to manually reposition the substrate.
Variable Date Printing
Built to support short-run, customized production with variable data output. Compatible with a range of applications including labels, hangtags, tickets, RFID tags, and foil-based packaging.
Varnish/Foil Module（Optional）
