Applications
The DWF belt dryer is a continuous production drying equipment widely used for drying pieces, strips and particles of materials in good ventilation spaces. The belt dryer is suitable for dehydrating fruits and vegetables in which the moisture content is high but a high drying temperature is not allowed. This pigment dryer has a fast drying speed, high evaporation strength and good quality of the end product.
The DWF belt drying equipment is widely used to dry various kinds of materials such as pigments, fiber, fruits and vegetables, briquettes, etc.
Principle
Raw materials are uniformly fed through a mesh-belt or plate belt by the belt dryer's distributor. The mesh-belt or plate belt is drawn into the briquette dryer by a driving device. The dryer consists of several independent drying sections in which hot air circulates separately. Damp air will be exhausted by an exhausting fan. Hot air will move over the belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, completing the heat and mass transfer process. The moving speed of the belt is adjustable. The top and bottom circulation units of this fruit and vegetable dehydrating equipment can be easily equipped as customers need.
